2. These are required to be filled out and signed at each appointment.

1-2 WEEKS PRIOR TO YOUR APPOINTMENT

We recommend the following to help prevent or lessen bruising:

• Please do not take any aspirin like medications and ibuprofen products (unless

  prescribed by your doctor). Please use Tylenol (acetaminophen) for any pain/fever

  relief.

• Please stop taking Vitamin E, fish oil, krill oil, flaxseed oil and any herbal supplements

  that start with the letter "G" such as ginger, garlic, ginkgo biloba, ginseng (unless

  prescribed by your doctor).

• Arnica Montana (may be purchased on-line or finer grocery stores) may be taken 3 days prior to help prevent/lessen bruising.

 

ARRIVE

• Please come with a freshly washed face.

• If this is your first appointment at LADRU Aesthetic Injections, it is REQUIRED to fill out the Intake form prior to your first appointment (a link will be in your confirmation email). Your appointment will be rescheduled if not completed prior.

• If you are a return client, please arrive 5 minutes early to fill out paperwork (if you have not done so electronically).
